Deputies looking for missing Charlotte County man with dog in work truck

CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. — A 40-year-old Charlotte County man was last seen on Tuesday with his dog in his work truck, officials said.

Deputies with the Lee County Sheriff’s Office are looking for Thomas Artist. He is considered to be endangered.

Artist was last seen on June 29 leaving his home in his Legend Lawn Care work truck with his dog.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Artist or those who may have seen his trailer should contact the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office at 941-639-0013.
