CAPE CORAL, Fla. — Officers with the Cape Coral Police Department are urging motorists to stay home unless it is necessary to venture out due to flooding in the city.

Patrol officers are helping out drivers who got stuck in the water. Never drive through standing water. Don’t drown, TURN AROUND.
