Vallow has already been charged previously with the deaths of her two children.

She is charged with one count of conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, according to the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office. Vallow is accused of working with her brother to kill her husband in 2019. Her husband, Charles Vallow, filed for divorce before he died.

Alex Cox, Vallow’s brother, called 911 July 11, 2019, saying he shot and killed Charles Vallow. Cox claimed self defense.

Cox himself died in December of 2019 of what was ruled as natural causes.

Chad Daybell has been charges with first-degree murder for the death of his wife, Tammy Daybell.

She died in October of 2019 at the age of 49. Lori Vallow and Chad Daybell married weeks later. Tammy Daybell’s death was initially ruled natural but was later ruled as a homicide, according to indictments released in May.
