COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. – A Naples woman was arrested for fighting off deputies after she was kicked out of a restaurant. Shelby Colston, 37, was arrested on two counts of battery on law enforcement officers, disorderly conduct, and resisting officers with violence, according to the Collier County Sheriff’s Office. NAPLES, Fla. – A Naples man was arrested Monday after he was trespassed from a Home & Garden store in North Naples. Timothy Carpenter, 66, was shopping at Chesterdales Home & Garden store on Tamiami Trail North where the privately-owned store requires customers and staff to wear face masks, according to the Collier County Sheriff’s Office. Lehigh Acres man arrested with over 3 pounds of magic mushrooms

FORT MYERS, Fla. – A Lehigh Acres man was arrested Sunday with over three pounds of psilocybin mushrooms and one pound of marijuana, according to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office. Edward Wolcott, 38, was arrested around 6:30 a.m. when he was found outside of the Southern Veterinary Specialists clinic in Fort Myers wearing a robe saying he would “rob the place for Ketamine,” according to the arrest report. Man arrested near RSW gets naked in patrol car, spits at officer

LEE COUNTY, Fla. – A man that was arrested near RSW got naked in the back of a patrol car and spit at an officer, according to police with Lee County Port Authority. Investigators with Lee County Port Authority received information from the Lee County Sheriff’s Office’s Criminal Investigations Unit about a burglary suspect named Keenan Primer.
