MIAMI, Fla. – A man was thrown from his boat after it went rogue and began swirling in circles uncontrollably on Monday.
A good Samaritan rescued the man, who was in the water near Fisherman’s Channel after being separated from his vessel, the U.S. Coast Guard reported.
The boat was still running when rescue crews arrived on scene. They were able to stop the boat by entangling the prop.
The man suffered a minor injury but declined medical assistance, according to the Coast Guard.
