12-year-old seriously injured in multi-vehicle I-75 crash
BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. – A 12-year-old Hialeah girl was seriously injured after a crash involving four vehicles shut down northbound lanes of I-75 near the Bonita Beach Road exit Monday. A van driven by a 57-year-old Tampa man carrying seven passengers including the child rear-ended a pickup truck that had slowed due to traffic in the area just before 5 p.m., according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
