FORT MYERS, Fla. – Friday marks 15 years since Josh Kent was killed in Fort Myers, according to SWFL Crime Stoppers.
Kent, 31, was found shot to death in a parked car in front of a Royal Palm Avenue apartment complex, officials said.
Police believe someone drove up next to Kent and pulled the trigger.
Kent was borrowing his mother’s car at the time, police said. He left behind a 4-year-old son.
Investigators said they have explored various leads, but Kent’s killer is still at large.
Crime Stoppers said it’s never too late to step up and report a crime.
