COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. – A man was arrested after he was caught masturbating in his car on Friday. Armond Mastandrea, 68, was arrested for indecent exposure, according to the Collier County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies found his car in a parking lot off of Santa Barbara Boulevard. COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. — School may be out, but that doesn’t mean school resource officers are taking a break. Monday, June 14, kicked off the first week of the month and a half Collier County Sheriff’s Office “Summerfest” program. 33 neglected cattle seized by agricultural deputies in Florida
