DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. / WESH — Jason Raynor, the Daytona Beach police officer that was shot in the head during a suspicious car investigation, is starting to open his eyes, Rep. Mike Waltz said in a tweet. Raynor is also speaking, according to Daytona Beach Police Chief Jakari Young. The officer’s mother told Rep.
