NAPLES, Fla. – A Naples man was arrested Monday after he was trespassed from a Home & Garden store in North Naples.
Timothy Carpenter, 66, was shopping at Chesterdales Home & Garden store on Tamiami Trail North where the privately-owned store requires customers and staff to wear face masks, according to the Collier County Sheriff’s Office.
The store’s entrances have signs reading “Masks required, protecting you and our employees.”
Carpenter was asked to wear a face mask in the store and refused, but continued to shop, deputies said.
