Federal emergency aid made available to Florida ahead of Tropical Storm Elsa
WASHINGTON — Federal emergency aid has been made available to Florida to help with the emergency response of Tropical Storm Elsa. President Joe Biden approved the action which allows FEMA to coordinate disaster relief efforts. FEMA officials will help prevent local suffering and hardships brought on by the tropical storm.
