WATCH: Man sets off fireworks in public restroom in Naples

NAPLES, Fla. – Police are searching for a man who set off fireworks in a bathroom at a public park in Naples. The suspect was caught on surveillance camera going into the men’s restroom at Sea Gate Park at 5151 West Boulevard in Naples around 12:30 a.m. Monday, according to the Naples Police Department. The man is then seen running out the door before sparks appear from around the doorway. Police said the blast caused damage to a urinal. NHL goaltender Matiss Kivlenieks dead from fireworks accident

 (CNN) — Matiss Kivlenieks, a goaltender for the Columbus Blue Jackets of the National Hockey League, died Sunday night after an accident involving fireworks at a party, according to authorities in Novi, Michigan. Kivlenieks, 24, died from a fireworks mortar blast and chest trauma, according to Inspector Mitch Brown of the Oakland County Medical Examiner’s Office.
