NAPLES, Fla. – A Naples woman hit the jackpot winning a $1 million prize from a scratch-off lottery ticket. 69-year-old Michelle De Vincent spent $10 on ‘Cash Club’ scratch off at a Publix located at 2450 Vanderbilt Beach Road in Naples, according to Florida Lottery officials. The game features 10 top prizes of $1 million. Vincent scratched her winning ticket and claimed one of those $1 million prizes at the Fort Myers District office, officials said.
